Do I own it?
You own your domain, your words, your photos and your analytics data from day one. We build your site and host it on our hosting, so hosting logins stay with us and there is nothing for you to manage. Ask for your complete source code and files any time, and we'll send them over. They're yours to use however you like.
Can I update it myself?
Most people just send us the change. Up to 30 minutes of changes a month is included, done within 3 business days. Because we host your site, we make the changes for you, so there is nothing for you to log in to or maintain.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and photos (or we pick free stock photos with you), the words for each page or answers to our short questionnaire, access to your domain (or we help you buy one in your name), and feedback within 5 business days of each preview.
What's a page type?
A page type is the design for one kind of page, like Home, About, a Service page, a Blog post or Contact. Your package includes up to 15 different page types. Once a page type exists, more pages that use it don't count toward the 15. Send us the words and photos and we add them for you: $50 a page, or use your monthly change time.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel with 30 days' notice, and we hand over the complete source code and files to use with any host or developer. You don't need to leave to get them: ask any time.
